Michal gained the University of Cambridge’s Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) in 2006. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Masaryk University, Bachelor’s degree in Law and International Trade (2013) and Master’s Degree in Law and Legal Science (2015). His junior legal practice started in 2015 and in 2017 he joined the law and patent office Čermák a spol. In 2018 Michal has been admitted to the Czech Bar Association as the attorney-in-law. He handles industrial property matters, in particular matters related to trademarks and patents. Other areas of expertise include public procurement law, administrative law, commercial and civil disputes and EU law. He has experience in representing local and foreign clients in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic.
